Dr. Valentina Shtefan

Dr. Valentina Shtefan is a Doctor of Medical Science and seasoned aesthetic physician associate. After beginning her education at Penza State University Medical Institute and gaining clinical experience at Fletcher Allen Hospital, she earned her PA degree from Le Moyne College and her Doctorate from the University of Lynchburg.

In 2016, she founded Hello Gorgeous (now Well Labs+ Coconut Creek), which grew into a full-service medspa by 2019. A published researcher and industry speaker, Dr. Shtefan is widely respected for her expertise in botulinum toxin treatments and her leadership in both aesthetic medicine and medspa business development.

Her expertise in Botox, neuromodulators, and dermal fillers has made her one of South Florida’s most respected aesthetic injectors, with patients traveling from Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and across Broward County.

Madison Thomas is a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for blending clinical expertise with aesthetic and wellness care. Her journey in healthcare began with a strong foundation in emergency medicine, where she developed the ability to think quickly, stay calm under pressure, and provide compassionate care during some of life’s most critical moments.

As she advanced into her graduate training, she found a passion in aesthetics and wellness. She loves helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and like the best version of themselves — while still looking natural. Her approach is highly personalized, focusing on subtle, balanced results and overall well-being rather than one-size-fits-all treatments.
